【摘要】 目的 探讨人参、甘草体外诱导人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分泌细胞因子机制。 方法 我们选择生晒参、红参、甘草三种中药的提取液加入PBMC培养液中,孵育5d后,采用ELISA方法测定上清液中的细胞因子水平。 结果 生晒参、红参、甘草能诱导PBMC分泌细胞因子和SIL-2R,其中药组TNF-α、SIL-2R、IL-2、IFN-γ含量明显高于细胞对照组,特别是生晒参诱生PBMC高分泌IFN-γ尤为突出。 结论 生晒参、红参、甘草对体外诱导PBMC分泌TNF-α、IL-2、IFN-γ细胞因子和SIL-2R。【关键词】 生晒参 红参 甘草 PBMC 细胞因子
