【摘要】 目的 评估重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的中西医结合治疗疗效。 方法 对我院1997年1月～2005年2月收治的重症急性胰腺炎进行回顾性分析。2001年前的33例作为对照组，2001年以后的36例作为治疗组。治疗组在基本支持治疗基础上加清胰汤、复方丹参注射液。 结果 治疗组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间，血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短(均P<0.05)。治疗组平均住院日、并发症发生率、手术率及死亡率与对照组比较亦有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。 结论 本法治疗重症急性胰腺炎有简便、廉价、疗效确切等优点。
