【摘要】 目的 了解佛山市顺德区HIV流行情况，评价已采取的预防控制措施，为今后开展防治工作提供策略和依据。 方法 对2004年顺德区哨点和常规HIV监测资料进行综合分析。 结果 2004年顺德区共发现HIV感染者40例，其中主动监测发现16例，被动监测发现17例;感染人数有逐年上升趋势;HIV感染者主要以青壮年男性和外省籍人员居多;主要传播途径为血液传播，占67.5%，其中静脉吸毒26例，占65.0%，性接触传播占感染总数的12.5%，不能明确传播因素者也占相当的比例，达20.0%。 结论 顺德区目前正处于艾滋病流行初期，建议加大综合防治措施，控制疾病的传播和蔓延。
