多排螺旋CT的CTVB结合三维重建技术在临床中的应用

【摘要】 目的 研究螺旋CT仿真内镜(CTVB)结合三维重建技术在临床中的应用。 方法 22例患者行薄层螺旋CT扫描后,传至4.1版本工作站,行VB重建,并与纤维支气管镜对照,同时还行病变的三维重建技术以进一步观察病变及其与周围组织的关系。 结果 CTVB能全部显示段以上支气管和大部分亚段支气管,定位准确,三维成像对支气管腔内外的组织及毗邻关系显示清晰,二者结合可提高诊断的敏感性。 结论 CTVB是一种无创性的观察气管和支气管的方法,可部分替代纤维支气管镜。CTVB结合三维成像对病变显示直观,整体感好,有一定的临床应用价值。关键词 体层摄影术 X线计算机 内镜 支气管

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application of MSCTVB and three-dimensional imaging.Meth-ods Twenty-two cases were performed by using multilateral spiral CT in thin thickness,the data were transferred to computer workstation(Advantage Windows4.1).The CTVB images were generated from using Navigator Smooth soft-ware and compared with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.And three-dimensional images were generated to find out the re-lationship between lesions and tissues around.Results CTVB could reveal all segmental bronchi and almost subseg-mental bronchi mimicking fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Three-dimensional images could reveal the relationship between the mass and tissues around.The combination of the two kinds of images could improve the sensitivity for lesions.Con-clusion CTVB provides an noninvasive diagnostic method to supplement fiberoptic endoscopy.CTVB and three-di-mensional images could reveal clearly the inteyrity of lesions. ......
