【摘要】 目的 探讨中医综合疗法治疗老年人椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。 方法 以腹针+中药+手法为中医综合治疗方案，以西其汀+西比灵为对照组观察中医综合疗法的疗效。 结果 中医综合组有效率达94.92%，显效率达76.27%，而西药组有效率为84.21%，显效率为42.7%，两组间差异有显著性，3个月后复发率中医综合组为10.7%，西医组为33.3%。 结论 中医综合组无论近期疗效或远期疗效均优于西医组，值得推广应用。
