【摘要】 目的 探讨经腹部超声检查(trans-abdominal sonography，TAS)对异位妊娠(ectopic pregnancy，EP)的诊断意义。 方法 对48例经腹部超声检查异位妊娠的患者作回顾性分析。 结果 有39例异位妊娠患者经腹部超声检查得到确诊，其诊断符合率为81.25%。 结论 经腹部超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断有重要的意义。

    Significances of trans-abdominal sonographic diagnosis on the patients with ectopic pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective To study trans-abdominal sonographic significances in diagnosis of the patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods The trans-abdominal sonography(TAS)in48patients with ectopic pregnancy(EP)were retrospectively reviewed.Results Thirty-nine patients with ectopic pregnancy were accurately diagnosed on trans-abdominal sonography.The accordance rate was81%.Conclusion Trans-abdominal sonography might have the vital significance in diagnosis of the patients with ectopic pregnancy.
