【摘要】 目的 探讨彩超对Budd-chiari Syndrome(BCS)的诊断要点和临床价值，为临床提供可靠依据。 方法 回顾性分析23例BCS的超声检查和下腔静脉造影结果，并与手术结果对照。 结果 23例病例中超声检查与下腔静脉造影结果基本相符，并得到手术证实。 结论 彩色多普勒超声检查可作为BCS的首选诊断方法，能清楚显示狭窄的部位、类型，并指导临床治疗。
