【摘要】 目的 总结外伤性肠穿孔的诊治方法及经验。 方法 对我院1997年1月～2004年12月外伤性肠穿孔40例患者进行回顾性分析。 结果 40例患者均进行剖腹探查，进行一期肠修补32例，肠部分切除肠吻合术6例，肠吻合外置2例。术后一期愈合36例，切口感染3例，死亡1例;未发生腹腔脓肿、肠瘘。 结论 早期诊断、早期手术、正确的手术方式、有效胃肠减压、腹腔引流、术后早期应用抗生素、静脉营养药物，是影响肠穿孔治疗效果的主要因素。
