【摘要】 目的 评价头孢米诺钠治疗产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)细菌感染的疗效及不良反应。 方法 采用自身对照的方法，比较用药前后疗效改变及菌种变化。 结果 头孢米诺钠治疗产ESBLs细菌感染的有效率为94%，其细菌清除率为92%，不良反应少。 结论 头孢米诺钠是目前治疗产ESBLs细菌感染较理想的药物。
