【摘要】 随着中国市场经济的发展、国民生活水平的稳步提高,人们对医疗技术与医疗服务的需求也在增加,健康需求者无论在数量及质量方面都对医疗机构提出了更高的要求。但目前处于转型的中国,随着政府对公共卫生事业投入的加大,对医疗机构的投入正在日益减少,这就必然导致医疗行业逐渐市场化的趋势,其结果就会导致医疗机构的竞争日趋剧烈、逐年加强。在这种情况下,怎样做好医院营销,特别是医院一对一营销工作,就摆在了医院管理者的面前,本文通过医院经营案例分析,对医院经营中的一对一营销有关理念、重要性、实施方法及其结果分别做了阐述。关键词 医院一对一营销 可持续性发展
