【摘要】 目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生的原因及防治方法。 方法 回顾分析我院1997年1月～2004年8月腹腔镜手术并发症情况。 结果 967例腹腔镜手术发生各种并发症38例，发生率31.58%;术后并发症16例，占并发症总数的42.11%，其中较严重并发症有5例(腹腔内出血3例、肠梗阻1例、肠穿孔1例)，二次开腹手术治疗的有3例。 结论 妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的发生与手术难度、术者技术熟练程度有关，要降低并发症的发生率，应重视手术适应证的选择、腔镜手术的基本操作及手术医师的培训。
