【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺增生病的病理特征和诊治方法。 方法 对1989～2003年206例乳腺增生患者的病理诊断、治疗情况做回顾性分析。 结果 乳腺肿块切除37例，乳腺区段切除169例，术后随诊151例(1～5年)，无复发，治疗效果满意。 结论 乳腺增生病选择肿块或者乳腺区段切除术治疗效果满意，通过病理检查既可明确诊断，还可以预防其恶变。
