【摘要】 目的 分析妇科腹腔镜术后引起并发症的原因及护理措施。 方法 选择2003年6月～2004年10月在我院妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的良性疾病患者126例，进行术后并发症的原因分析及护理。 结果 126例腹腔镜手术后发生的并发症，经采取相应的护理后均治愈。 结论 腹腔镜术后的并发症，通过采取妥当的护理措施能够减少其发生，并能够消除对患者机体的影响。
