【摘要】 目的 探讨难治性环状痔的治疗方法。 方法 71例，男41例，女30例。年龄17～60岁，病灶涂中药“胜刀散”，观察痔核脱落，功能愈复过程。 结果 71例环状痔中，68例痔核自动枯脱，括约肌功能恢复良好，总有效率为95.77%。 结论 使用中药“胜刀散”可一次性全面涂药枯脱，不遗留后遗症，治疗彻底，为一种较理想的治疗方法，具有一定的研发推广价值。
