【摘要】 目的 观察米力农静滴给药治疗老年难治性心衰的疗效及安全性。 方法 对60例老年难治性心衰无心律失常患者予以米力农5mg加入5%葡萄糖液或0.9%生理盐水100ml中静滴，每日2次，7天为1个疗程，观察治疗前后症状、体征、血压、心率及心功能指标。 结果 米力农临床总有效率为91.67%，明显改善左室收缩功能障碍，对血压心率无明显影响。 结论 米力农静滴治疗能有效改善老年难治性心衰的心功能，未见明显不良毒副作用。
