【摘要】 目的 观察1，6-二磷酸果糖治疗阿霉素相关的心脏损害的疗效。 方法 统计1989～2003年共26例联合应用阿霉素化疗后出现心脏损害的肿瘤病人，于化疗间期以1，6-二磷酸果糖快速静脉点滴。 结果 全部病人自用药第1～10天起均有好转，且改善程度与用药数量成正比。未发现有促进肿瘤原发灶及转移灶增长的现象。意外发现此药有软化注射血管作用。 结论 1，6-二磷酸果糖治疗阿霉素引起的心脏损害疗效显著，无促进肿瘤生长的作用，值得临床推荐采用。
