【摘要】 目的 比较小切口胆囊切除术(MC)与腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)2种术式的特点。 方法 对比研究24例MC与同期开展的24例LC临床资料。 结果 两组的手术时间、肠蠕动恢复时间及住院时间差异无显著性，但在医疗费用上LC明显高于MC。 结论 MC与LC微创程度相近，但MC对Calot三角操作直接，安全，且费用低，更易于在基层医院推广应用。
