【摘要】 目的 测量术中胆管造影片正常肝外胆管的径线，探讨其实用价值。 方法 对100例无胆管病变的术中胆管造影片的肝外各段胆管的管径进行测量，经统计学处理算出平均值、标准差和正常范围。 结果 术中胆管造影肝外胆管径线的正常值介于静脉胆管造影和ERCP法之间，肝外胆管正常管径范围为3～11mm，平均6～7mm。 结论 本组测量结果，可为术中了解胆管病变和手术选择提供一项实用的、客观的指标。
