【摘要】 目的 探讨丝线法腹腔镜胆囊切除术式改进的可行性及应用前景。 方法 在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中，应用丝线结扎的方法代替经典的钛夹法结扎胆囊动脉、胆囊管。 结果 50例患者中无一例中转开腹，均顺利完成LC手术，无其它术中、术后并发症。 结论 丝线法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是一种经济、安全、有效的术式，优于钛夹法。
