【摘要】 目的 评价健择联合顺铂(GP)方案用于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后辅助化疗的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析1999年5月～2002年11月我科收治的56例术后用GP方案化疗的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期NSCLC患者的临床资料，其中Ⅲ期42例，Ⅳ期14例。采用SPSS12.0软件进行生存分析，评价临床效果及不良反应。 结果 本组56例患者50例随访成功，1年生存率70%，2年生存率46%，中位无进展生存时间为17个月，中位生存期22个月;分层分析显示TNM分期是影响非小细胞肺癌预后的重要因素，ⅢA、ⅢB和Ⅳ期患者在无进展生存时间及生存期方面差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应等。 结论 健择联合顺铂方案应用于NSCLC术后辅助化疗疗效确切，不良反应少，值得进一步研究和推广。
