【摘要】 目的 探讨用高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法 60例采用高压氧联合药物治疗为HBO组，对照组75例，采用单纯药物治疗。 结果 HBO组基本治愈率和显著进步率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。高压氧联合药物治疗2个疗程较1个疗程效果明显提高(P<0.01)。 结论 高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，值得在临床中推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO).Methods 60patients with acute cerebral infarction were received HBO.combined with routine drug treatment and the control group only received routine drug treatment.Results HBO could markedly enhance the curative and improve rate com-pared with conventional methods(P<0.01).Conclusion HBO combined with routine drug treatment are effective treatment to acute cerebral infarction.
