【摘要】 目的 探讨肌电图在糖尿病末梢神经炎临床应用的价值。 方法 采用肌电图仪检测21例糖尿病患者肢端感觉神经及运动神经传导速度。 结果 检测结果，肌电图可发现无症状糖尿病末梢神经炎患者周围神经呈损伤性改变，阳性率达76.19%。 结论 糖尿病患者肌电图可作常规检查，肌电图检测是发现无症状糖尿病末梢神经炎的良好指标。

    Investigation of using electromyography examinations for diagnosis in no-symptom diabetes mellitus peripheral polyneuritis

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application values of electromyography in diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral polyneuritis.Methods Sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities of the extremities were examinated in21diabetes mellitus patients by the use of electromyography.Results Electromyography results showed that the injured changes of peripheral nerves were found in no-symptom diabetes mellitus patients with the peripheral polyneuritis.And the positive(diagnosis)rate was76.19%.Conclusion Electromyography can be as a kind of rou-tine examination in diabetes mellitus patients.The examination of electrophysiography is an excellent criterion in diag-nosis of no-symptom diabetes mellitus peripheral polyneuritis. ......
