【摘要】 目的 了解儿童胃内结石症的病因，并探讨其诊治要点。 方法 回顾性分析1977～2002年间儿童胃内结石的病例。 结果 6例儿童胃内结石症患者，食生柿史4例，食头发嗜好2例，均采取手术治疗。 结论 特殊嗜好史对诊断儿童胃内结石至关重要，手术是有效的治疗方法。
