【摘要】 目的 探讨综合康复对心肌梗死(MI)患者血流变学的影响。 方法 对38例中老年MI患者康复前后与50例健康对照组进行血流变学检测。 结果 MI患者血流变学异常明显高于健康组，康复治疗后期异常变化均有不同程度改善，部分指标有显著改善。 结论 综合康复对MI患者降低血粘滞性和高凝状态有重要影响。
