【摘要】 目的 比较不同工艺地龙的抗动脉血栓作用，为确定地龙的免加热提取工艺提供实验依据。 方法 大鼠灌胃给3种工艺制备的地龙0.2g、0.4g、0.8g生药/kg，观察对电刺激颈总动脉闭塞性血栓形成时间的影响。 结果 地龙磨粉、水煎液和免加热提取物均可剂量依赖性地延长电刺激诱导的颈总动脉堵塞时间，地龙磨粉和水煎液抗动脉血栓作用强度相当，地龙免加热提取物抗动脉血栓作用强于同剂量的地龙磨粉或水煎液。 结论 不同工艺的地龙均可抑制大鼠动脉血栓的形成，其中以免加热提取物作用较强。
