【摘要】 目的 探讨采用小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的疗效。 方法 自1998年7月～2003年7月对58例患者采用小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣修复陈旧性跟腱断裂并进行随访。 结果 全部病例均经1～3年(平均15个月)的随访，按Arner-lindholm评定标准判定，临床优良率达94.8%。 结论 采用小腿三头肌逆行腱膜瓣治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂是一种较好的方法，值得临床推广。
