【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎弓根螺钉的植入位置对邻近椎间盘的影响。 方法 选择成功随访患者51例。按椎弓根螺钉与相邻椎间盘，以X线片为标准，以距离分组。 结果 术后7例发生了椎间盘变窄，以钉距小者明显。 结论 椎弓根螺钉距离椎间盘小于7mm对早期的椎间盘退变有影响。
