【摘要】 目的 观察PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉用于修复大面积牙体缺损的临床疗效。 方法 选择41例45颗牙体组织大面积缺损的患牙，于牙本质内植入PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉，外周再做充填体或修复体，术后每隔6个月复查，平均观察期为3年。 结果 成功41牙，失败2牙，失访2牙，成功率为91.11%。 结论 PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉用于修复牙体大面积缺损固位，效果良好，临床上需严格掌握适应证和操作规程。
