【摘要】 目的 分析坠落伤的特点，进一步提高坠落伤的救治水平。 方法 我院对1994年1月～2004年12月急救中心救治坠落伤68例进行比较分析。 结果 坠落高度与治愈率、死亡率有显著相关性。 结论 创伤外科专业化对提高严重创伤住院存活率具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To make further improvement on treatment level of fall injury.Methods The compar-ative analysis was made in68patients with fall injury from January1994to December2004.Results The significant correlation was seen between high fall injury and cure rate or death rate.Conclusion Emphasizing the specialization of trauma surgery plays a vital role in improving in hospital survival rate for severe trauma victims.
