【摘要】 目的 探讨高血压各种左室构型与左心功能及心电图QTd的关系。 方法 选择381例高血压患者，运用超声心动图按左室构型分为正常构型组59例、向心性重构组125例、向心性肥厚组117例、离心性肥厚组80例，比较各组左心功能(EF与E/A)及QT离散度之间存在不同程度的差异性。分析各组左室重量指数与QT离散度的相关性。 结果 各组之间左心功能及QT离散度之间存在不同程度的差异性。 结论 高血压病可引起心脏左心形态学、动力学及心电学方面的改变。
