【摘要】 目的 观察反复呕吐儿童及其父母的心理变化。 方法 42例反复呕吐的儿童及其家长填写自行设计的问卷调查表，另设对照组40例。 结果 45.23%呕吐儿童有焦虑，47.61%呕吐儿童有抑郁、情绪低落，50.00%呕吐儿童有精神紧张、激动，35.71%呕吐儿童感觉学习压力大。其父母66.67%有焦虑，35.71%有抑郁、情绪低落，59.52%家长对孩子特别同情和爱护。 结论 反复呕吐的儿童及其父母存在心理障碍，对其父母进行心理辅导有助于患儿治疗。
