【摘要】 目的 总结慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者肺减容术围手术期的护理。 方法 在一般肺切除护理基础上，术前加强呼吸道准备，呼吸功能锻炼、心理准备、术后严密观察生命体征、血氧饱和度，保持呼吸道通畅、胸腔闭式引流通畅、镇痛、康复训练。 结果 6例患者术后随访3～12个月，呼吸困难症状有所好转，无手术并发症发生。 结论 加强肺减容术围手术期护理，可提高治愈效果，减少死亡率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the LVRS-perioperative period nursing of patients with COPD.Methods Nursing of respiratory tract，training of respiratory function and psychological nursing were performed before operation.After operation life signs，esp.SaO 2 was strictly observed.The respiratory tract and thoracic drainage were openedkept.ResultsInthe6patients by LVRS in postoperative following up of3～12months.No complication occurred and respiratory function improved.Conclusion Intensive nursing help to increase the effect of LVRS treatment.
