【摘要】 目的 评价幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)抗体快速检测法对H.pylori现症感染的诊断价值。 方法 对有上消化道症状的60例患者同时测定 14 C-呼气试验和H.pylori抗体快速测定，以 14 C-呼气试验表示H.pylori现症感染。 结果 有上消化道症状的患者H.pylori感染率为43%，H.pylori抗体快速检测法的敏感度为78.78%，特异度为85.2%，阳性预测值为86.7%，阴性预测值为76.7%。 结论 H.pylori抗体快速检测法能够诊断H.pylori的现症感染。
