【摘要】 目的 研究金雀异黄素(Gen)对微管蛋白聚合的影响。 方法 在离体条件下，将受试化合物加入到微管蛋白聚合-解聚反应体系中，于37℃、350nm下检测反应体系吸光值的变化。 结果 Gen能抑制反应体系吸光值升高，提示它对微管蛋白聚合具有抑制作用。 结论 Gen能抑制体外微管蛋白聚合，从而可能是影响细胞的细胞周期及诱导凋亡途径之一。
