【摘要】 目的 通过分析结外恶性淋巴瘤的误诊原因，提高对结外恶性淋巴瘤的诊断水平。 方法 回顾分析36例恶性淋巴瘤临床资料及误诊原因。 结果 结外恶性淋巴瘤可涉及全身多器官，临床表现呈多样化，诊疗不规范是误诊的主要因素。 结论 结外恶性淋巴瘤误诊率高，应引起各科重视，以利早期诊断，减少误诊。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of primary malignant lymphoma arising from extra-lymphatic organ by analyzing the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods Thirty-six misdiagnosed patients with primary malignant lymphoma of extralymphatic organ were evaluated reropectively.Results Exralymphatic malignant lym-phoma may originate from many organs with multiply clinical demonstrations.The main cause was from abnormal diag-nosis process.Conclusion The main causes of misdiagnosis were nonspecific clinical presentation and unwareness of the doctors.More attention should be paid to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
