【摘要】 目的 探讨高龄病人普外手术的方式与特点。 方法 回顾分析我院1992～2002年196例高龄病人普外手术、伴发病、并发症及处理。 结果 治愈率91.84%，死亡率3.57%。 结论 加强围手术期处理、多学科协作以及采用简单、有效的手术方法，高龄病人的手术是可行的，并且术后能改善生活质量，延长病人寿命。
