【摘要】 目的 观察钙拮抗剂国产苯磺酸氨氯地平(安内真)治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。 方法 轻、中度原发性高血压患者22例，服用国产苯磺酸氨氯地平片15mg，2次/日，连续服用3个月。治疗前后测24h ABPM(动态血压)。 结果 国产苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗2个月后，24h血压下降显著(P<0.05)，对日间及夜间SBP与DBP均能等幅度的降低，总有效率为89.2%，所有受试患者未出现不良反应。 结论 国产 苯磺酸氨氯地平是安全、有效、理想的治疗轻、中度高血压的一线降压药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effects and safety of pre-Captopril antihypertensive，Amlodipine tablets，in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods Twenty-two patients with mild to moderate hypertension were recruited.After a2-week placebo run-in period，all patients received Am-lodipine30mg/d(15mg po.bid)for8weeks.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)was measured before and after the8-week treatment.Results There was a significant decrease of blood pressure after treatment with Am-lodipine(P<0.05).89.2%of the group obtained the target pressure.The observed decreases in blood pressure were found to be almost uniform with little variation from the day/night variations in blood pressure.No adverse effects of the treatment were detected.Conclusion The Amlodipine tablet is an effective and safe treatment ......
