【摘要】 目的 了解曲唑酮对海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间焦虑抑郁症状的疗效和副作用。 方法 在美沙酮脱毒时随机选取美沙酮联合曲唑酮(A组)与单独美沙酮(B组)治疗各60例进行为期10天的对照观察。 结果 美沙酮联合曲唑酮组较单独美沙酮组焦虑抑郁分值明显减少，两者差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。曲唑酮的不良反应有头晕、乏力、恶心、视物模糊等，且发生率低(11.67%，7/60)。 结论 曲唑酮可有效地减轻海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间的焦虑抑郁症状，且不良反应轻，患者易接受。
