【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析95例星形细胞瘤患者术后放疗的预后因素。 方法 本文对2001年4月～2002年4月在我科施行放疗的星形细胞瘤95例患者的随访结果进行统计分析。 结果 单因素分析显示:低病理分级，照射剂量≥50Gy，手术全切除，年龄≤40岁，卡氏评分≥70预后较好。应用Cox比例风险模型进行预后多因素分析显示:病理分级，卡氏评分，照射剂量与预后有关。 结论 病理分级、卡氏评分、照射剂量是关系到预后的重要因素
