【摘要】 目的 研究活血利水明目汤的临床疗效。 方法 将80例视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分成两组，治疗组采用活血利水明目汤治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗。 结果 治疗组治愈34例，好转6例，总有效率83.3%(治愈率70.8%)，对照组总有效率56.3%(治愈率31.3%)，治疗组明显优于对照组(χ 2 =12.30，P<0.01)。 结论 活血利水明目汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效明显优于常规西药。
