【摘要】 目的 探讨恩格菲加化疗药与单纯化疗药治疗53例恶性胸腹水的临床疗效。 方法 采用随机分组的方法，53例恶性胸腹水病人分为恩格菲加化疗药(治疗组)与单纯化疗药(对照组)，比较临床疗效。 结果 治疗组有效率74.07%，对照组有效率42.31%，两组差异非常显著(P<0.01)，恩格菲的主要副作用为低热。 结论 在治疗恶性胸腹水中，恩格菲加化疗药有明显的临床疗效。
