【摘要】 目的 评价慢性肾病患者超声引导下自动活检与手动活检的优缺点。 方法 回顾性分析60例超声引导下肾自动活检，并与同期50例手动活检进行比较。 结果 肾自动活检与手动活检取材成功率分别为100%、80%，取材部位肾小球数平均为20.16、6，肾自动活检标本均能作出肾组织学诊断。 结论 超声引导下肾自动活检取材成功率高、准确、安全、并发症少、痛苦小、病人易于接受，明显优于经皮手动活检。
