【摘要】 目的 探讨第五脑室外引流及颅压监控系统对颅脑伤患者的应用效果及其护理。 方法 本组30例重型脑损伤患者，术后应用美国产第五脑室外引流及颅压监控系统监测患者颅内压变化，并实施积极有效的护理措施。 结果 导管置入脑室内直接监测颅内压ICP可动态观察患者病情变化，指导临床用药，护理操作简便。 结论 本系统应用简便，效果良好，费用较低，值得在临床推广。
