【摘要】 目的 帕夫林治疗结核风湿症临床观察总结，提出对结核风湿症治疗与诊断的新的临床讨论，提出结核风湿症新的治疗方法。 方法 用我们拟定的诊断标准确定68例结核风湿症患者，随机分为治疗(A组35例)与对照(B组33例)二组，给予同样抗结核抗风湿治疗基础上，治疗组加用帕夫林治疗。分阶段观察分析并对照评价二组疗效结果。 结果 帕夫林治疗组各阶段疗效均优于对照组。对临床检验指示CRP、ESR、IgG、IgM、IgA、C 3 、C 4 、Ba、RF、WBC、HGB、PLT的对照分析亦支持本结论。 结论 帕夫林治疗结核风湿症有较好疗效，是一种新的值得推广应用的治疗方法。
