【摘要】 目的 探讨准分子激光仪的临床应用及配合。 方法 在手术中对手术室的环境、激光仪设备准备、患者的准备进行了要求，认真做好各项术前检查及各项检查结果的资料，保证手术的顺利完成。 结果 在准分子激光仪的临床应用中，熟练掌握仪器性能，完善、做好各项工作，是手术成功的重要环节。 结论 在快速发展的准分子激光屈光性角膜手术方面，技术、设备及手术量已达国际水平，临床对准分子激光仪的保养、维护配合提出了更高更加完备的要求，患者的术前检查项目更准确、更完善，是完成手术成功的重要条件。
