【摘要】 目的 探讨同种异体肾移植术后发生少尿或无尿患者的有效诊治。 方法 彩色多普勒超声严密观察移植肾脏的血供，仔细防治排斥反应等的“积极等待”疗法。 结果 大部分患者移植肾功能恢复正常。 结论 彩色多普勒超声对诊断移植肾后少尿或无尿有较大帮助，采用此法治疗移植肾术后少尿或无尿取得较好效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effective treatment in patients with oliguresis and anuresis after renal transplantation.Methods Active waiting therapy was performed including carefully detection of allograft blood sup-ply，hemodialysis，prevention and treatment of rejection，etc.Results The renal function of the most patients recov-ered.Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound examination is conductive for diagnosis of oliguresis or anuresis.A good curative effect could be achieved using active waiting therapy in the treatment of oliguresis or anuresis.
