【摘要】 目的 探讨综合医院麻醉科进修医生临床教学的新模式。 方法 根据麻醉科进修医生素质参差不齐、进修目的各异和进修时间长短不一等临床教学特点，采取高度重视、周密教学计划、有的放矢、拓宽视野、人性化管理等具体对策，建立一套适合麻醉科进修医生的教学模式。 结果 进修医生的操作技能、基础理论和麻醉管理水平都得到了显著提高，来我科的进修医生人数也逐年增加。 结论 进修医生教学是麻醉学科继续教育的重要组成部分，采取积极有效的教学模式显得非常重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new instructional model for refresher doctors of anesthetic department in general hospital.Methods According to the differences of abilities of refresher doctors，intention of study and the time of study，many measures were taken for clinical teaching，such as paying more attention，careful plan，having a definite object in view，opening up field of vision and human-based management.Finally，a good instructional model for refresher doctors of anesthetic department was established.Results The clinical manipulative skills，theoretical level and various anesthesia-management of all refresher doctors had been improved by this instructional model.The number of refresher doctors in our department increased year by year.Conclusion The teaching for refresher doctors is one of important parts of further education on anesthesiology ......
