【摘要】 目的 总结20例结肠损伤一期缝合处理体会。 方法 对20例结肠损伤合并其他脏器损伤均行一期缝合并对危险性及疗效进行分析。 结果 20例结肠损伤患者行一期缝合均全部治愈出院，无肠瘘、腹膜炎等并发症。 结论 对结肠损伤只要认真处理，一期缝合有一定安全性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the experience of the first-period oversew on20cases colon damage.Methods On20cases colon unite else viscera damage made the first-period oversew and analysed their dangerous and cutative effect.Results All of20cases colon damage patients cured leaving hospital by the treatment of the first-period oversew，no other syndrone，.eg.peritonitis occured.Conclusion For colon damage by careful management only ......
