【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性肾衰终末期维持透析患者的饮食和营养管理。 方法 对86例透析患者进行饮食营养搭配指导、调整透析治疗。 结果 患者的各项营养指标有了明显改善,生活质量和自理能力明显提高。 结论 合理调节慢性肾衰终末期维持透析患者饮食,制定适应个体的透析治疗方案,能较好地改善维持透析患者的营养状况。关键词 透析患者 饮食 营养管理
