【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童瘢痕性秃发的修复方法。 方法 儿童烧伤及外伤后瘢痕性秃发31例，采用软组织扩张器行头皮扩张术修复。并介绍儿童头皮扩张术的年龄特点、方法、手术原则及并发症。 结果 术后效果满意，随诊病例1～2年，扩张区与正常区无明显差别。 结论 在治疗儿童瘢痕性秃发方法中，软组织扩张术安全、有效，可作为首选方法之一。
